Responsive Customizer Preview of your site

In 4.5 Version, you will see how your site looks in mobile, tablet, and desktop previews before making changes to its front-end area. You can click on the device icon at the bottom to switch the view between devices. Currently it shows Desktop, tablet, and mobile device previews. This gives you a generic idea of how your site would look on these devices.

Theme Logo Support

WordPress 4.5 will add theme logo support to WordPress core. With the core support for the feature, it would become more able for users to do that from the theme customizer. Appearance>Customize>Site Identity. That may be changing prior to launch however, as UX testing has indicated that location as a not so user friendly spot.

Better Image Scaling

WordPress 4.4 saw the introduction of responsive images. An (800×600) image might display fine on a desktop, but try looking at it on your phone… 4.4 fixed that by allowing images to scale to the device. 4.5 is upgrading this functionality. Image sizes are generated more efficiently and remove unneeded meta, while still including color profiles in Image, for reduced sizes of up to 50% with near identical visual quality.
